Priced at $59.95, it is a SOLID value. Scott Rister www.FindMotivatedSellers.com Scott gets good reviews from past clients.  However he offers a number or peripheral but separate course with the purchase.  We feel that although very useful, it is a distraction from the primary product offering.  Priced at $349 we feel as though this is a decent value for everything, including all the the extra add-ons. Profits in Probate Real Estate -Mark Walters cashflowinstitute.com/probate.htm Written from an attorney's point of view making it a bit cumbersome for the average  Joe to apply.  At $29.95 for the print and a bit cheaper for the e-version, it's one of the cheapest out there.  Spend a few more bucks and get a better value. It's basically, "Find out who died, contact their executor, buy the property."  There's no special insider secrets or techniques.  Much of the information is California based. At this price, we recommend you get a cheaper course that's better! Powerful Profits in Probate -Chuck Smith chucksmithrealestateseminars.com Chuck is a real investor and has good material.  A number of people feel like they didn't get the material they thought they should and that the organization was difficult to work with...Perhaps its just a rash of complainers.  Priced at $497 we think there is a better value for your money out there. Diamond Farming -Gary DiGrazia probate-realestate.com Priced at $349, it seems to be written to real estate agents.  It was written in 1991.  This program too, seems to be specifically written for California which made it more difficult to actually use in other states. For that cost you should get to go to a class. There is NO way to contact vender on the site!!!  Readers have said the content is a spin off of Ron Mead's material. Everything You Need to Get Started In Probate TheBestEver.net/probate Ron Mead wrote this book originally and disassociated himself from the reseller.  The e-book is Version 1 of Ron Mead's program.  There are no customer service contact forms, email, or phone numbers on the site.  Priced at $29.95 it is cheap but we don't feel its your best value as it contains old information with no forms/letters or company support.
